Workers to Get Extra Days Off in Early May (2017/01/15)

Most Koreans will be able to have a week-long holiday in early May.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor said on Monday that it is considering designating a few days off in May, creating a bridge to the weekend that would allow workers to get a 9-day holiday from the last weekend of April to the first week of May including Labor Day (May 1), Buddha’s Birthday (May 3) and Children’s Day (May 5).
